Locks AERO into a new veNFT inside the wallet's 40 Acres portfolio, as loan collateral. The socket approves the wallet's portfolio account and calls createLock on it; the account pulls the AERO, creates the lock in its own name, locks it permanently and records it as collateral, raising the credit line. The new lock's id is returned. Reach for it to turn AERO straight into borrowing power, then borrow against it, or to compound bought or claimed AERO into the portfolio.
