Claims the trading fees a 40 Acres collateral lock earned by voting for a pool, in one of the pool's tokens, into the wallet's portfolio. The pool's fee reward contract is read from Aerodrome's Voter when the plug runs and claimFees is called on the wallet's portfolio account, which claims for its lock and claims its rebase. The fees stay in the account until the epoch's rewards processing pays them toward the loan. Reach for it to pull an epoch's fees in ahead of the keeper, or to claim a pool the optimizer did not.
