Borrows the wallet's 40 Acres portfolio back up to its credit line, when top-up is on. topUp is called on the wallet's portfolio account, which borrows everything getMaxLoan allows and pays it to the wallet after the 0.8% origination fee. It does nothing while top-up is off or the line is fully drawn, and new borrowing stops while the lending vault is more than 80% lent. Reach for it to draw the line out the moment rewards have paid the loan down or the vault has capacity again, instead of waiting for the keeper.
