Repays the wallet's 40 Acres loan from the socket's balance. The socket approves the wallet's portfolio account and calls pay on it; the account pays the debt down into the lending vault and refunds whatever exceeds the debt, so an amount at or above it closes the loan exactly. The Pay all option reads the debt when the plug runs and pays the smaller of it and what the socket holds. Reach for it to clear the loan before removing collateral, or to pay it down early with a balance an earlier step produced instead of waiting on the epoch's rewards.
