Votes all of a collateral lock's power for one pool this epoch, overriding the 40 Acres vote optimizer. The PortfolioManager forwards vote to the sender's portfolio account, which votes the lock through Aerodrome's Voter for the pool and switches the lock to manual voting. Only pools 40 Acres approves are accepted, and the Voter takes one vote per lock per epoch outside its first and last hour. It acts on the sending account's own portfolio, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it to point a lock's rewards at the pool whose fees and incentives repay the loan fastest.
