Reads the AERO locked in the veNFTs an account's 40 Acres portfolio holds as collateral. getTotalLockedCollateral is the sum the portfolio's collateral manager records across its locks, re-measured whenever a lock is added, removed, topped up, merged into or grown by its rebase. It is what the credit line is computed from. Reach for it to watch the collateral grow as rewards are locked back in, or to compare it against the debt.
