Deposits an Aerodrome veNFT into the sender's 40 Acres portfolio as loan collateral. The sender approves its portfolio account for the lock and the PortfolioManager forwards addCollateral to it; the account pulls the lock in, locks it permanently if it is not already, and records its locked AERO as collateral, which raises the account's credit line by the lock's expected rewards. The portfolio is built on the first deposit. It acts on the sending account's own portfolio, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it before borrowing against a lock, or to add a lock created or bought earlier in the same plug.
