Withdraws a veNFT from the sender's 40 Acres portfolio back to the sender. The PortfolioManager forwards removeCollateral to the sender's portfolio account, which takes the lock's AERO out of its collateral and transfers the lock to its owner. It reverts when the remaining collateral could no longer carry the debt, or while the lock is listed on the marketplace; the lock stays permanently locked. It acts on the sending account's own portfolio, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it once a loan has been repaid, by rewards or by a payment earlier in the plug, to take the lock back.
