Reads how much an account's 40 Acres portfolio can borrow. getMaxLoan returns maxLoan, what a borrow can draw right now, and maxLoanIgnoreSupply, the whole credit line: the locked AERO times the market's rewards rate and multiplier. maxLoan is the line less the current debt, capped by what the lending vault can lend before it reaches 80% utilization, and zero while it is past it. Reach for it to size a borrow, or to draw whenever the vault's capacity opens up.
