Locks AERO into a new veNFT for a chosen duration and receives the lock in the wallet. The socket approves the VotingEscrow and calls createLockFor with the wallet as the recipient; the escrow rounds the unlock time down to the weekly epoch and caps it at four years. The new lock's id is returned and tagged as an Aerodrome lock. Reach for it to turn AERO into voting power, coiling the lock id into a vote in the same plug or storing it so later runs can extend, top up, or vote with it.
