Opens an Aerodrome Slipstream position in a chosen tick range and receives the position NFT. The pool's tick spacing is read, both tokens are approved, and the Slipstream position manager mints inside the range with the min floors, returning the token id, liquidity, and amounts used. Reach for it to open a concentrated position on Base, coiling the token id into a stored record so later runs can increase, decrease, or collect against it.
