Aerodrome · Reads onchain state

Reads the AERO emissions the wallet has earned and not yet claimed from an Aerodrome pool's gauge. The pool's gauge is read from the Voter and its earned returns the wallet's unclaimed emissions at 18 decimals. Reach for it to gate a reward claim on a minimum, so a plug never spends gas harvesting dust.
