Pushes an Aerodrome lock's unlock time out to a duration measured from now. The socket calls increaseUnlockTime on the VotingEscrow; the new unlock rounds down to the weekly epoch, must land later than the current one, and is capped at four years. The escrow requires the socket to be approved for the lock and refuses expired and permanent locks. Reach for it on a schedule to keep a lock at maximum duration so its voting power never decays.
