Updates an Aerodrome lock's existing votes to its current voting power, keeping the same pools and proportions. The socket calls the Voter's poke for the lock, which re-weights every pool the lock voted for by the power it holds now. Anyone may poke any lock, so no approval is needed, but not in the first hour of an epoch. Reach for it after claiming a rebase or adding to a lock, so the extra power counts in this epoch's vote without choosing pools again.
