Reads an Aerodrome lock's locked AERO, its unlock time, and whether it is permanent. The VotingEscrow's locked returns the amount at 18 decimals, the unlock timestamp, which is zero for a permanent lock, and the permanent flag. Reach for it to gate a withdraw on the unlock time passing, or to size a top-up against what the lock already holds.
