Opens a Uniswap V4 position in a chosen tick range and receives the position NFT. Both currencies are approved through Permit2, native ETH is sent by value, and the position manager mints inside the range from the settled amounts, returning the token id. V4 mints settle exact amounts and take no minimums. Reach for it to open a concentrated position, coiling the token id into a stored record so later runs can increase, decrease, or collect against it.
