Borrows a Compound market's base asset against your supplied collateral. Comet's withdraw of the base asset beyond your supplied balance creates debt, sent to the socket, at the market's borrow rate. The market only allows it while the position stays collateralized under the borrow collateral factors, and the debt must exceed the market's minimum borrow. Reach for it after supplying collateral in the same transaction, or to draw the base asset a later swap or deposit needs, holding the position action's isCollateralized true with a predicate.
