Reads a collateral asset's configuration in a Compound market. Comet's asset info returns the asset and its price feed, the borrow and liquidate collateral factors, the liquidation factor, and the supply cap, with factors at 18 decimals. These parameters decide how much base asset the collateral can back and when it is seized. Reach for it to compute borrowing capacity from a collateral balance and price, to keep a position a chosen distance below the liquidate collateral factor, or to check supply cap headroom before supplying collateral.
