Reads your position in a Compound market: base supplied, base borrowed, and whether it is collateralized. Comet reports the supplied and borrowed base balances in the base asset's units, both accruing interest, and isCollateralized from the borrow collateral factors. A false there means the position cannot borrow more and, past the liquidate factors, can be absorbed. Reach for it to require the position remains collateralized after a borrow or collateral withdrawal, or to read the live debt before a repay so the amount matches.
