Comet checks a position's borrow balance against baseBorrowMin whenever a withdrawal takes the base balance negative and reverts under it. Governance sets the number per market, so it differs across markets. Reach for it to size a borrow that will not revert, or to decide between repaying a slice and closing the position outright when the next repay would leave the balance under the floor.
