Reads a Compound market's reward configuration: the reward token and its scaling. The Comet rewards contract returns the token incentives pay out in, the rescale factor between the market's accrual and that token, and whether to upscale. Reach for it when a strategy handles rewards generically, so the token address can be coiled into a claim-then-swap sequence without hardcoding COMP.
