Reads a Fluid vault position: collateral, debt, liquidation status, health factor, and LTV. The vault resolver's position data is decoded into collateral and debt in their assets' units, isLiquidated, the liquidation threshold in basis points, and, using the vault's oracle price, a health factor and LTV at 18 decimals. Reach for it to require the health factor stays above a floor after a borrow or withdrawal, to read the live debt before a repay, or to trigger a deleverage when LTV drifts past a target.
