The vault resolver's data is decoded into withdrawable, in the collateral's units, and borrowable, in the debt asset's units, reflecting the vault's liquidity layer limits at this block. Reach for it to clamp a borrow or withdrawal with a min so it lands rather than reverts at the limit, or to require the vault can fund a target size before earlier steps commit.
