Reads the loan-to-value at which a Fluid vault's positions become liquidatable. The vault resolver's liquidation threshold is returned in basis points. A position whose debt-to-collateral ratio crosses it can be liquidated. Reach for it to compute how far price can move before liquidation, or to keep a borrow a chosen distance below the threshold by comparing against the position's LTV in a predicate.
