Borrows an asset from an Exactly market's floating pool against the account's collateral. The Auditor values every market the account has entered at its price feed and adjust factor, and lends only while the account's debt stays inside that collateral; the debt then accrues at the floating rate, which moves with the pool's utilization. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Where the Auditor answers to a firewall, as Base's does, the market serves only the accounts that firewall allows, and a call from any other account reverts. Reach for it after depositing and entering a market as collateral, or to draw the asset a later swap or deposit needs, holding the account's liquidity above a floor with a read and a predicate.
