Borrows an asset from its Euler vault against the account's enabled collateral. The vault must be the account's controller. It values every collateral it accepts at its own oracle and borrow LTV, lends only while the account stays healthy and the vault stays under its borrow cap, and the debt then accrues at the vault's interest rate. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it after enabling the vault as controller and a collateral vault as collateral, or to draw the asset a later swap or deposit needs, holding the account's liquidity above a floor with a read and a predicate.
