Enables an Euler vault as the sending account's controller, the vault it borrows from. A controller is the one vault entitled to judge the account's health and to seize its collateral if it falls short, so an account borrows from one vault at a time; enabling the vault already in control changes nothing. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it before the first borrow from a vault, alongside enabling the collateral the borrow rests on.
