Releases the sending account from an Euler vault's control. The vault lets go only once the account owes it nothing, so a repayment of the whole debt comes first; afterwards no vault can judge the account's health and its collateral moves freely. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it right after repaying a borrow in full, to close the position or to switch to borrowing from another vault.
