Stops an Euler vault's shares counting as collateral for the sending account. The account's controller must still find the account healthy without them, or the change reverts; once disabled, the shares keep earning but can no longer be seized. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it after repaying the debt a vault's shares backed, to keep that deposit out of liquidation's reach.
