Withdraws the VIRTUAL of a veVIRTUAL lock whose term has ended. The veVIRTUAL contract finds the lock among the caller's own, removes it and pays its whole amount back to the caller; the action returns the VIRTUAL received. A lock only its holder can withdraw: one the wallet holds the wallet sends itself, one the Plug account holds runs in the Plug account's program and lands its VIRTUAL there. It reverts while the term is still running, and while the lock renews: switch auto-renew off first and wait out the term it restarts. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that withdraws the moment the lock's maturity passes and routes the VIRTUAL into a swap or a fresh stake in the same run.
