Reads when a veVIRTUAL lock matures. The veVIRTUAL contract's getMaturity answers the unix second an expiring lock's term ends, from which it can be withdrawn; for a renewing lock it answers the maximum term from this block, a maturity that moves with every block until renewal is switched off. It reverts when the account holds no lock with the id. Reach for it to gate a withdraw behind the maturity with a predicate against the current timestamp.
