Extends the term of an expiring veVIRTUAL lock by a number of weeks. The veVIRTUAL contract finds the lock among the caller's own, moves its end out by the weeks given and grows its term by them; the term may not pass the contract's maximum, and a longer term weighs the lock's VIRTUAL more toward its voting power. A lock the wallet holds the wallet extends itself; one the Plug account holds is extended in the Plug account's program. It reverts on a renewing lock and on one whose term has ended. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that keeps a lock's term topped up instead of letting it renew.
