Withdraws a token from an Arcadia Account to its owner. The owner calls withdraw and the account pays the amount to the owner, in the shape its version takes; the action returns the amount. The All option withdraws the account's whole holding of the token as it stands when the plug runs: a Spot account's balance, a Margin account's recorded balance. A Margin account refuses a withdrawal that leaves its collateral value below its debt plus its creditor's minimum margin, so withdrawing collateral from an account that owes anything is bounded by its health. Every withdrawal restarts the account's five-minute cool-down, during which the Factory refuses to transfer the account. An account serves its owner alone, so the verb is the owner's own call: on an account the wallet owns the wallet sends it itself, and on an account the Plug account owns, which every account a creation composed with other writes opened is, it runs in the Plug account's program. Reach for it to take profits or idle balances out of an account, or to free collateral once a debt is repaid, coiling the amount into a swap, a transfer or a deposit elsewhere.
