Reads an account's Venice stake entry, with the unstake it has cooling down. The staking contract's stakes returns the account's reward checkpoint, the timestamp its cooling-down unstake can be finalized at and the VVV it will pay, at 18 decimals; both are zero while no unstake is cooling down. Reach for it to gate finalize unstake behind the cooldown end with a predicate against the current timestamp, or to size what the unstake will pay into the next step.
