Claims a Venice stake's VVV rewards and stakes them back in one step. The pending rewards are read, the staking contract is approved for exactly that amount, and claimAndStake pays them and restakes them as sVVV for the same holder, so the stake compounds without the rewards leaving it. The action returns the amount compounded, and does nothing when no rewards are pending. Reach for it on a schedule to keep a stake compounding, gating on a minimum pending reward so each run is worth its gas.
