Venice · Reads onchain state
Reads the staked VVV of an account that is free to unstake or to lock for DIEM. The staking contract's balanceOfUnlocked is the account's sVVV less what it locked to mint DIEM, at 18 decimals. Reach for it to size an unstake or a DIEM mint to everything the account can move, or to gate a step on the free stake crossing a level.
