Burns DIEM to unlock the staked VVV locked behind it. The staking contract burns the DIEM from the account that minted it, reduces the DIEM that account owes, and unlocks sVVV in proportion: the DIEM burned times the sVVV locked over the DIEM owed. Unlocked sVVV can be unstaked or locked again. The action returns the sVVV unlocked. Reach for it ahead of an unstake, burning the DIEM owed so the whole stake can leave, or to unlock stake when DIEM trades above what it cost to mint.
