Starts unstaking sVVV from Venice, beginning the cooldown before its VVV can be withdrawn. The staking contract pays out the rewards the stake has accrued, burns the sVVV and holds the same amount of VVV until the cooldown, seven days at launch, has passed; finalize unstake then pays it. Only one unstake cools down at a time, and sVVV locked behind minted DIEM cannot be unstaked until that DIEM is burned. With all, the whole unlocked stake unstakes as the plug runs. Reach for it as the first half of an exit, storing the cooldown from the stakes read so a scheduled plug finalizes the moment it ends.
