The staking contract's lockedStakes returns the locked sVVV and the outstanding DIEM, both at 18 decimals; burning DIEM unlocks sVVV at their ratio. Reach for it to size a DIEM burn that frees the whole stake before an unstake, or to read the rate the account minted at.
