Withdraws the VVV of a Venice unstake whose cooldown has ended. The staking contract pays the whole cooled-down amount in one call and clears the cooldown, so the next unstake can begin; the action returns the VVV received. It reverts while the cooldown is still running. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that reads the stake's cooldown end, requires it has passed, then finalizes and routes the VVV into a swap or a restake in the same run.
Takes nothing — it reads the caller's own position.
