The staking contract's pendingRewards counts the emissions owed to the account's unlocked and locked sVVV up to this block, at 18 decimals; it is what a claim would pay now. Reach for it to gate a claim or a compound on a minimum, so a scheduled plug only harvests when it is worth the gas.
