Reads what a Sablier stream can pay out right now, in the stream's token. The Lockup's withdrawableAmountOf is what the stream has vested less everything it already paid its recipient; a withdrawal can take at most this much. Reach for it to gate a withdrawal behind a minimum, so a scheduled sweep only pays out once enough has vested to be worth a swap.
