Withdraws everything a Sablier stream has vested to its recipient, then hands the stream to a new recipient. The Lockup pays the current recipient all the stream has vested and not yet paid out, then transfers the stream's NFT, and with it every future withdrawal, to the new recipient. The action returns what the current recipient received. Only the stream's recipient, or an operator it approved, can do this: standing alone the wallet sends the call itself, and beside other steps the Plug account makes it as the operator the wallet approves for the stream in the same confirmation. The stream must be transferable. Reach for it to move a vesting position to another wallet, or into the Plug account so scheduled plugs can withdraw and route it, without leaving vested tokens behind.
