The Lockup's statusOf answers 0 while the stream has not started, 1 while it is vesting, 2 once it has vested everything but still holds tokens to withdraw, 3 once its sender canceled it, and 4 once it has paid out everything it ever will. Reach for it to branch a plug on whether a stream is still vesting, or to stop a scheduled sweep once the stream is depleted.
