Cancels a Sablier stream you send and takes back what it has not yet vested. The Lockup refunds the sender every token the stream has not vested, in the stream's token, and leaves what has vested for the recipient to withdraw; the action returns the refund. Only the stream's sender may cancel it, and only while it is cancelable and still vesting. A stream the wallet sends is canceled by the wallet sending the call itself; one the Plug account sends is canceled in its plug. Reach for it to stop a grant or payroll stream when a condition breaks, routing the refund straight into the next step.
