Deposits a token into SynFutures' Gate on Base, the reserve every SynFutures instrument draws margin from and pays margin back to. The Plug account approves the Gate for exactly the amount and calls the Gate's deposit, whose one word packs the amount, in the token's own decimals, above the token's address. The Gate pulls the token in and credits the Plug account's reserve of it; a trade, an order or a range then posts margin out of that reserve, pulling from the Plug account only what the reserve does not cover. SynFutures keys every Gate reserve, position, order and range on its trader, the address that sends the call, and Base's Gate has no operator, depositFor or withdrawFor through which another address could act for a trader. A plug's deposits, trades, orders and ranges are therefore the Plug account's: they sit in the Plug account's reserve and portfolio, later steps act on them from the Plug account, and a withdrawal pays the Plug account. A reserve, position, order or range of the wallet's own is acted on only by a call the wallet sends itself. Reach for it to keep margin standing in SynFutures for the trades a plug places later, coiling the amount from a swap or a withdrawal elsewhere.
