Reads the net outflow of a token past which SynFutures' Gate on Base holds a withdrawal back, at the block the plug runs. The Gate's thresholdOf answers in the token's own decimals. A withdrawal that takes a trader's net outflow of the token past it pends for the Gate's pending duration before a release pays it. Reach for it to split a large withdrawal so each part is paid at once, or to decide between withdrawing now and releasing tomorrow.
