Reads a trader's withdrawal of a token that SynFutures' Gate on Base is holding back, at the block the plug runs. The Gate's pendingOf answers the time the withdrawal was requested, whether it pays the native coin, the amount held in the token's own decimals, and the exemption the Gate grants against its threshold. A release pays the amount once the Gate's pending duration, a day on Base, has run from the timestamp; a zero amount means nothing is pending. Reach for it to time a release, comparing the timestamp plus the pending duration with the block's time.
