Deposits a token into a Stargate pool and receives the pool's LP token one for one. An ERC-20 pool is approved and pulls the amount; the native pool takes ether by value, with any fraction finer than the pool's shared decimals left in the wallet rather than sent. The LP token minted is the deposit's claim on the pool and earns the pool's share of bridge fees; the action returns the amount deposited. Reach for it to put an idle balance to work as bridge liquidity, coiling the amount deposited into a stored record of the position or a later redeem.
