Reads a Stargate pool's total value locked: the liquidity its providers have deposited and not redeemed. Every LP token is a claim on one unit of the pool's token, so the total value locked is exactly what the pool owes its liquidity providers, in the token's units. Reach for it to judge a pool's size before depositing, to compute a position's share of the pool, or to compare against the pool balance to see how much of the liability is covered by tokens on this chain.
